Each month we send out “care packages” to 2,500 (and growing) PAID members who sample the enclosed products and order directly from the vendor who supplied the sample. This gives our registered members a no-pressure opportunity to try before they buy. As a result sales can be significantly higher each month than could be expected from a more traditional marketing campaign.

When you include your samples, products, or gift certificates with your contact information attached, you put your company directly in the hands of the consumer. When they try it and love it they will contact YOU to purchase more! This builds your customer base and increases your sales, without the hassle of booking, coaching your hostess, travel and prep. Our vendors who thoughtfully prepare and include quality samples or gift certificates gain new customers EVERY MONTH.

As part of your membership you will begin receiving our club newsletter. This allows you to see what kind of specials the other merchant/vendors are offering, and allows you to forward the newsletter to your friends and family who may also enjoy it. Newsletters are packed with coupons, and we encourage you to support the other vendors by making purchases from them

You will also receive a special vendor newlsetter that contains important information about upcoming events and valuable feedback from club members. We do our best to include information about marketing tools and resources to help you leverage your resources.

To make our communications with you faster and more efficient, we have created a Yahoo group that allows us to keep you informed, and for you to interact and network with other vendors. • Any vendor/merchant who has participated it at least ONE paid campaign per quarter is allowed an encouraged to include his/her text "coupon" in our newsletter. You will find submission details here.
• Vendor/Merchants can upload photos of the items they are submitting for campaigns to help encourage other members who may be less experienced create a successful filler.
• Vendor/Merchants are able to post at will and share resources & tips regarding fillers and small business with other members.
• Vendor/Merchants are allowed to post their sales & specials on Fridays, and their opportunities on Mondays.

About Us

TryB4UBuy is a membership driven sample club founded in 2003 by a WAHM of six with 9 previous years of direct sales with America’s #1 Home Party Plan. Early in her career she recognized that people LOVED to try the samples she was offering, but didn't want their friends to witness how much (or how little) they were spending to purchase the products. "Hostesses" were struggling to get their friends to particpate in shows & parties where they were expected to buy products to enable the Hostess to get her items for free.

After years of working 40+ frustrating hours a week booking, coaching, and following up to barely make an average income, she decided there must be an easier way and TryB4UBuy was born. A concept evolved into a plan that allows club members to choose the size of "gift" they would like to receive each month. Members pay a small fee for shipping & processing, and in return they get a package filled with samples and gift certificates to entertain them for the next 30 days. Her customers ate it up, as many of them had been curious about many of the popular products on the market but didn't want to get pressured by aggressive consultants. The idea of being able to sample items in the privacy of their own homes, at their own convenience was a hit.

Her closest direct sales friends caught the vision and rallied to the cause readily offering samples, gift certificates, and products from their shelves to launch the program. Some wanted only to have enough sales in a month to keep their wholesale buying privileges, while others recognized the opportunity to spend less time working and more time enjoying families and rewards.

Armed with a customer base of 400, a team of willing vendors, and more than $5,000 in accumulated inventory and samples, she set out to change the face of try-before-you-buy marketing. Since then TryB4UBuy has been helping “mothers and others” try new products in a no-pressure environment, connect with quality service providers, meet monthly sales quotas, recruit new team members, and achieve their dreams with our simple members-only program.

Become A Test Panel Member!

Members of our test panel pay a small monthly fee (basically so we can cover the expenses of processing & mailing items out to you), and in return recieve a package in the mail every month packed with a variety of products, samples, and gift certificates.

Members can choose from three levels of participation and a variety of categories geared toward their unique interests, and can upgrade or chage their interest categories at any time.

Each package offers a MINIMUM value of $20 for the recipient, and membership may be canceled at any time.

Test Panel members will receive an email survey between packages to submit feedback pertaining to their experience with the current month's sample items. This form helps us eliminate any undesirable products or programs, and is a valuable resource for our participating merchants/vendors.

Each item included will have the contact information for the vendor who provided it. Should you have questions about an item, or would like to order more of that item, please contact the vendor provider DIRECTLY at the number, email, or website they have provided.

About two weeks after your package arrives you will receive an email survey asking you to answer some simple questions regarding your experience with your sample pack. VENDOR MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS:

Before choosing a membership level, please review the following rules:

1. Vendor is responsible for the quality and quantity of each item submitted.
2. Vendor is responsible for including complete and accurate contact information in EVERY item to allow club members to contact them with questions and/or orders.
3. ALL submitted items must be packaged and ready to be dropped into envelopes and/or boxes.
4. ALL submissions are first in - first out.
5. Vendor is repsonsible for shipping & delivery of products to be included to TryB4UBuy Club. Fees associated with shipping & delivery TO OUR OFFICE are the responsibility of the vendor exclusively.
6. Vendors CHOOSE how many filler items to send for each campaign. There are no minimum or maximum requirements. We would not expect or encourage a vendor to create a financial hardship for thmself to participate.
7. Vendor cut off is the 10th of the month. Items received after that date will be included in the following month's packages. Please consider this when submitting seasonal items.
8. TryB4UBuy reserves the right to refuse any items or offers that are found to be illegal or of an offensive nature. If you're not sure if your item will be accepted, please email us at trybforubuy@gmail.com with a complete description of your item and it's intended use.
9. Vendors may choose to participate as a club member at 50% off the regular membership fee. (We still have to pay our staff to stuff the boxes... :)
10. All programs are "non-exclusive" with the exception of the "Exclusive Vendor" program. (Yes I know, you'd think that's fairly self-explanatory but...) PLEASE CHECK THE LISTINGS AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE to verify that your company is still available BEFORE sending fillers!
11. Badmouthing other products or companies is NEVER tolerated, and anyone found in violation of this rule will have their membership revoked IMMEDIATELY and thier ads & links removed from the site without exception, and no refunds will be given for any ads or fees paid prior to that point.

INDIVIDUAL MAILINGS:

A Vendor may choose to participate in indivdual mailings without making a monthly commitment. The fee for this is $10 per mailing, per company. Vendors who use this option will not receive a link on the site.

MONTHLY PROGRAMS:

• You provide us with your mailer-ready gift certificates to be included in all club member packages.
• Each Gift Certificate MUST HAVE a minimum of $5 in value.
